There are no sidewalks, the other side of the building isn’t completed, the exterior still hasn’t been fully painted, but you are telling me you are preleasing? I can’t imagine things are finished inside.

All of the places in DInkytown do this. They rent a separate commercial spot and then show the schematics, I guess. I not to rent sight unseen.
