Based on where the walls are, it looks like there will be no parking in whatever this will be.
This part of the construction seems to go so slowly. I think it’s probably because the concrete has to set and that takes time.

And I suppose you want to do things right when it comes to the foundation! Seems like that would be very costly to fix later on. (It is. Pretty much everyone in Dallas has to replace their foundation sooner or later because the ground isn't really suitable for building. It costs at least 20K.)
