See that fog hanging low over the top of the hill there? It tends to engulf the West Hills, even when the lowlands are experiencing sun.

Another good reason? The rare times there’s ice. The earthquakes were always the deal breaker for me. Okay, the fact that I would never have the money to buy a house in the West Hills is the biggest deal breaker. Haha. Earthquakes #2.
Though I too, could not afford a house in the West Hills, that’s a moot point. I’m always making strong declarations about things that will never come to pass. Perhaps it’s my superpower. 🙂
My reasons for not living in the West Hills are in order: 1)Biking is difficult. 2)That low-cloud thing. 3)Earthquakes.
