So they have small bits of cheese at the regular price? I'm going to have to look the next time I'm at our cheese shop or Whole Foods. I want to say that the rinds and remains are set out at a discount.
They do! I've just discovered the bit bin, at my local New Seasons, but my friend who used to work at Whole Foods said its a pretty normal thing. I've seen the Parmesan rinds before, but never other types of cheese.
