Three sentence movie reviews: Frank

frank_ver2I avoided this movie, due to not wanting to look at that big head for two hours.* However, I’m happy to report that this was one of those movies that combined funny and drama quite well.  And the music cracked me up.

Cost: free from library
Where watched: at home.  Toes are red now.

*Much like Lars and the Real Girl, this was a movie with a weird element that was actually kind of cool, once I got over my resistance.

  1. Wow, Domhnall Gleeson has been in EVERYTHING lately. Brooklyn, The Revenant, The Force Awakens, Ex Machina. I feel like he just came out of nowhere (although I know he had a small part in Harry Potter). I’m thoroughly amused that there is an actor named “Scoot McNairy” in it. Don’t think I can get past the big head though.

    1. I know! It’s like he’s back-filling the red-headed quota for the entire decade! I really like him though.

Scoot has a fairly long IMDB credit.
