I found 50/50 to be so-so. Even the presence of Joseph Gordon Levitt couldn’t pull it out of the “eh” category for me. It wasn’t the worst 100 minutes of my life, but it was pretty forgettable.

Interesting. It seems full of boy humor that you would not be that into. For instance, what the clippers he was using to shave his head were actually used for. Not so much a Sara funny moment.
I can't decide if I want to see this one or not. On the one hand, I love JGL. On the other hand, cancer stuff still really gets to me. Now that I know you didn't like it, I may just have to put off seeing it even longer (if ever).
