Postcard from Russia

Podolsk, Russia, to be exact.  Andrey and Tana love to travel and take pictures.
This postcard is the exact reason I love Postcrossing.  What the hell is that?  It’s apparently called the Checkerboard Hill  (Dragon Hill).  Whatever it is, it is made of awesome.

  1. Do you slip down it like those burlap sack slides at the fair? The edges on each level might hurt a bit. Perhaps in the winter when it is covered with snow it could be a fun sledding hill.

  2. I guess maybe it's art? I'm amused by how often I say that in life. Here in SM there are these metal poles that look like melted statues. I guess they're supposed to be art but it looks more like the aftermath of some untold disaster.
